Infrastructure and deployment documentation for the Barrin's ecosystem, structured per Constitution §38:

• Architecture — infrastructure independence, and the decision records behind how secrets and releases are handled.
• Deployment — backend, frontend, and rollback runbooks.
• Roles — the Ansible roles those playbooks invoke, one page per role, generated from each role's own README.
• Security — secrets management, TLS, CORS.
• Operations — logging, monitoring, backups (including current gaps, documented honestly).
• Deployment Strategy — the broader provider-independence principles this infrastructure operates within.
